Interested in updates to diabetes management and cardiometabolic health? Join our live continuing education webinar on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 PM EST.
This continuing education program will focus on the pharmacist's role in optimizing care for patients with type 2 diabetes. The session will highlight the importance of timely treatment intensification, weight management as a core component of diabetes care, and cardiovascular risk reduction using evidence-based, guideline-directed therapies. Participants will gain practical strategies for integrating newer agents, including GLP-1 receptor agonists and SGLT2 inhibitors, into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

This continuing education program explores evidence-based strategies for asthma management with a focus on both individual and population health outcomes. Participants will review current therapeutic approaches, including SMART, MART, and anti-inflammatory reliever therapies, and discuss how early, effective treatment can reduce emergency visits, systemic steroid use, and long-term complications. The session highlights updates from the 2025 GINA guidelines and outlines how pharmacists can play a key role in optimizing therapy, improving control, and advancing community-level asthma care.

The home study version of the hormonal contraception CE that was held in November 2024 is now live. The purpose of this CE is to prepare pharmacists to meet the requirements for satisfactory training in the dispensing of self-administered hormonal contraceptives as required by the New York State Commissioner.
